When using Fisherly, you agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading catch information or use manipulated photos to alter leaderboard standings.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the Fisherly community.
  • Violate any local fishing regulations, licensing requirements, or conservation laws while using the app to log catches.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or scrape data from our services.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting catch photos, reviews, or community posts, you grant Fisherly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content across our platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Fisherly offers a Pro subscription ("Fisherly Pro") which provides enhanced features such as increased monthly catch limits and expanded tacklebox inventory. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fisherly is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate weather telemetry and forecasting, we do not guarantee the accuracy of environmental data. Always use your own judgment and prioritize safety when out on the water.
